OK I was totally mistaken. All the Shogi Foundation books can be ordered online with Paypal, even shipped directly to the USA, at lower prices with quick delivery!

My thanks to Patrick in Germany for pointing this out. All I can say is that two years ago, last I checked, everything seemed to be done snail mail with checques and long delays.
