Here are good news! According to latest Shukan Shogi, Hiroshi Honma
6dan will go to France in this autumn as a special advisory for
cultural exchange supported by the agency for Cultural Affairs in
 the Japanese government. He will stay there for 9 months to promote
 shogi.
