Kazuo Ishida made a check to Hifumi Kato's King in spite that Kato made a check to Ishida's King just one move earlier in 1998. He lost the game. Here is a similar example. Yoshiyuki Ueyama advanced a pawn which exposed his King in the diagonal line of opponent's Bishop in the game with Masao Kitamura on May 31, 1991. He lost it because of that.
