Subject: Breaking news regarding the ESC/WOSC 2007


Dear shogi friends, 

Two female pros, Miss Hayamizu and Miss Ueda, will visit the ESC/WOSC 
from July 12 to 15, mainly for the purpose of covering the ESC/WOSC for 
Shogi Sekai and letting all of the players 
know the fourth edition of the Shogi Forum (!).

From July 12 until July 15, it is time for the ESC/WOSC 2007 in 
Pardubice, Czech Republic. 

I visited this venue, the home of Czech Open in chess and other games 
since many years, last
time at the shogi ESC/WOSC in 2005, and I really long to go back 
again. It was a well organized
event, the city was nice, and we had a good shogi tournament. Many 
visitors also get a chance
to visit Prague or some of the other famous cities in the Czech 
Republic.
