Apparently I did not understand how the code works correctly. But I=20
still don't understand why this coding system is generated and seems=20
accepted widely in chess community. If there are clear merits to use
them and they are also likely to be true for shogi strategies,
then it may worth while thinking over having such coding system.=20=20
