Subject: Computers will Not Play at the Amateur Ryu-O Tournament


    Reijer Grimbergen said in his report on 17th CSA Championships that 
Yomiuri Shimbun will deny computers entry to the Amateur Ryu-O 
tournament. What about computers playing at other tournaments? Are 
computers allowed at the US Shogi Championship?

    I also want to thank Reijer Grimbergen for his annual reports on the 
CSA tournament. I enjoy reading them very much.
