Subject: Report on the 17th World Computer Shogi Championships


Since the World Computer Shogi Championships finished, I have been busy 
with a lot of different things, but I finally found the time to make my 
annual report about the tournament. As always, it is rather long and the 
tournament was already more than a month ago, so instead of sending it
