Subject: Shogi in Bulgaria


Interesting news. There is strong shogi player in Bulgaria. It became to 
known during European Go Congress in Villach, Austria. On July, 22 Gert 
Schnider acquainted go players with shogi and organized mini shogi 
tournament. The 1st place took G.Schnider but the 2nd place took 
J.Lazarov from Bulgaria. Arend van Oosten and Tony Atkins also played in 
the tournament. 
I hope soon we know abou this event in more details.
