Dear Shogi Players,

The 18e Eisei Meijin Toshiyuki Moriuchi is playing chess in the 2007=20=20
Paris Chess Championship, from the 7th to the 15th july.

I went to the tournament this afternoon, Toshiyuki won a convincing=20=20
game with the white pieces against a promising young French player.=20=20
When I arrived in the tournament hall, only 18e moves have been=20=20
played and his advantage was already overwhelming as the black pieces=20=
=20
had almost no space to move. Soon he won a key defensive black pawn=20=20
and a second two moves later and the game rapidly.
