Subject: kurnik.org turnamets question


Although I am a very weak player I consider taking a part of shogi 
on-line turnament on kurnik.org.

I've seen that the next event played there is "tournament #1187489" with 
description:
pairing:swiss
parameters:7r, 7m.

Could someone tell me what they mean and what impact have on the 
timeframe of the tournament? I'd just like to know how much time to 
reserve.
