Thank you very much for the feedback!  I have been trying to read your
blog myself, using Google's language translation tools, but
unfortunately I wasn't able to understand much.  Computer translation
between Japanese and English still doesn't seem to work very well.

I am not sure exactly what he was thinking about, but we should be
able to have a more concrete discussion when I have an early draft of
my protocol ready.

Thanks!  They look very beautiful, much better than anything I would
have been able to make myself.  My only regret is that the resolution
of the images is a bit too low for modern monitors.

Yes, having a look at Arena (http://www.playwitharena.com) is a good
idea.  It is precisely the kind of GUI I would like to see for shogi.

I'm glad that there seems to be some interest in the idea, it
encourages me to continue my work.  :-)

Thanks for the link!  I didn't know about this program.

Finally: It will probably be necessary to translate my first draft of
the engine communication protocol to Japanese.  Would you be willing
to help me do this (or, if you think you don't know the terminology
well enough, find somebody else who could help me)?

Some time later, I will also need someone to translate the texts in my
GUI into Japanese.  Volunteers are welcome.  :-)
