From: "Bernhard C. Also my computer=20 hardware is to old to use a virtual machine (still I didn't like this in= =20 this way, too). But Microsoft hasn't made two completely(!!!) different windows. The=20 japanese and the western version have many same files/code. In my=20 opinion, there is only one (or a few) DLL, which cause this trouble.=20 When KNOWING (!!!) this file, there could be made correction, or in=20 first steps, simply switching between this DLLs. But I'm very, very, very happy, that you have better ideas and I'm=20 looking forward to use japanese dot net programs soon. ;-) Bernhard Alain Vanhentenryck wrote: > Bernhard, >=20 > In 29 year programming I have done very dirty, nasty, ugly, explicit=20 > errors > and other > things. > But your idea is really really >=20 > LA CERISE SUR LE GATEAU ! >=20 > The Roll-Royce ! >=20 > My idea went the same way in making a special set of Unicode characters, > but mixing DLL's, WHAW !!! >=20 > I once installed a UBI-soft install program on a game form another > manufacturer, > because they used the same protection mechanism, and IT WORKED !!! >=20 >=20 > Alain. --^---------------------------------------------------------------- This email was sent to: = shogi-l shogi net EASY UNSUBSCRIBE click here: http://topica.com/u/?a2i6Ys.= aCGIy8.= c2hvZ2kt Or send an email to: shogi-unsubscribe topica com For Topica's complete suite of email marketing solutions visit: http://www.topica.com/?p=3DTEXFOOTER --^----------------------------------------------------------------
