Maybe you misunderstood me a little bit - or maybe not.  ;-)

Of course I'm not insane to ruin my installed windows. Also my computer=20
hardware is to old to use a virtual machine (still I didn't like this in=
=20
this way, too).

But Microsoft hasn't made two completely(!!!) different windows. The=20
japanese and the western version have many same files/code. In my=20
opinion, there is only one (or a few) DLL, which cause this trouble.=20
When KNOWING (!!!) this file, there could be made correction, or in=20
first steps, simply switching between this DLLs.

But I'm very, very, very happy, that you have better ideas and I'm=20
looking forward to use japanese dot net programs soon. ;-)
