I hope the English version will not need a Japanese windows. ;-) > Unfortunately, we have been unable to isolate the problem that crashes= =20 > the program when run on a non-Japanese Windows PC. We thought it might= =20 > have to do with the display of Japanese characters, but a simple test=20 > showed that this not the problem. Any suggestions are welcome! I've searched a lot in internet, but I couldn't find anything about this= =20 problem. I can only say, that it seemed to be a general problem with dot net. Maybe Microsoft will tell anything when being asked from an University. It's really hard to solve this problem yourself. The only (stupid) idea I can suggest is, to "mix japanese and western=20 windows together", means at it's best way create a virtual machine=20 (software is free available) so testing is much easier. Then test it=20 while replacing the DLLs in system32-Directory with the japanese one.=20 Maybe after replacing the "correct one" it will work. But it's a veeeeery dirty way, still if it even will give a positive=20 result. I wish you big success in solving this problem. And keep us informed, please.
