If you just go by those results then he just might be one of the strongest no= n-Japanese players in Europe and perhaps the world all of the world. You do= n't beat 2500 or 2700 players in even games without being really really str= ong. =20=20=20 Just curious but with those kinds of results, why wasn't he selected as t= he foreign representative for this year's Amateur Ryu-O Tournament. I know = the tournament took place in June, but he has probably been performing at a= similar level for a long time. He might have been the first person to make through the knock-out stages and advance to the final rounds of the t= ournament.
