I am happy to hear from you, especially since I had not heard from you in
years. I did not even know that you are the president now.

Are you aware that I have a "Shogi for Beginners" DVD that I created for

The reason I had not heard from you is that the moderator to
shogi <at> topica <dot> com has the annoying habit of blocking or banning me from
receiving or sending anything. At one point more than a year passed without
my receiving anything from shogi <at> topica <dot> com . When I tried to re-subscribe,
I was removed from the shogi list less than five minutes later.

Somehow mysteriously your email just came through.

I am unhappy about the fact that I missed the US Shogi Championship that
was held in New York City near my home. I did not know about it because the
moderator had blocked me from receiving anything. As you know, the
moderator has disliked me for the past ten years. Had I been notified, I
certainly would have played.
