What steps should a US shogi club take in order to join the USSF?  The Ohio=
 Shogi Club, spearheaded by a former USSF National Promoter, would like to =
be considered for admission.=20=20

Also, Alan Baker (a former Ohio Shogi Club member) has started a successful=
 shogi club outside Philadelphia.  Maybe I could volunteer his club for con=
sideration as well?=20=20

Thanks for any help you can provide on this subject.
