Please consider in your future post that many subscribers in this list 
are using mailers which support single-byte characters only and the 
double-byte characters such as Japanese, Chinese etc.., may be garbled 
and unreadable. I personally think it should not be allowed to post a 
message including double-byte characters to shogi-l.

It is not allowed for your king to be in check after you make a move. In 
other words, you have to avoid your King being checked in case that your 
opponent checked your King. And you must not move your King to any 
squares which can be captured by any opponent's pieces.
