According to the rating search page of Amateur Shogi Association at
http://www.shogidojo.net/amaren/ra_data02.html (in Japanese), the rating
of three players above as of today is as followings;

  Kabe --- 2265
  Hosokawa --- 2306
  Yukio Kato --- 2384
