Due to the partnership between Association Shogi d'Alsace and CEEJA on one= =20 hand, and the support of many sponsors like Nihon Shogi Renmei, ISPS,=20 Ricoh, Sharp, Sony, Baka Neko bookshop, Theschado teas and Sapho Trenkle= =20 design, this event was, I think, a success. In paralell of the typical tournaments, we have organised some exhibtions= =20 about japanese games, and particulary Shogi. As we are during the holidays period, and moreover at the same time of two= =20 big sport events (Footbal and Bicycle French Tour) frequentation was not= =20 big but people coming semt to be interested in Shogi. It was also the first time for us, and according to Kikuta san the first= =20 time outside Japan, to present a Human Shogi. We reproduced a quite short game for this occasion, the 3rd game of Asahi= =20 Open. Kikuta san did the comment that I translated for french speaking=20 people.
