OK. Let me try to explain.  Can you please see the position of 32nd move(S-=
5d)?
Both made 16 moves there. It was a position that Black's formation was=20
completely the same as White's ones except for how far both rook pawns adva=
nced.
Black's rook pawn advanced two squares while White's rook pawn did only one=

square which clearly shows White lost a tempo somewhere before. It was caus=
ed by
White's Bx8h+ to exchange bishops. In general, bishop exchange to begin wit=
h
Bx2b+ or Bx8h+ causes the first bishop taker to lose a tempo since the seco=
nd
bishop taker's silver can go one move earlier with taking back the bishop.
