Hello Shogi fans,

In addition to the regular Championship, the Italian Open will also
feature a semi-blitz Championship. The complete schedule is as follows:

Semi-blitz Shogi Championship
-----------------------------
Friday 9 December 9:30-16:30. 4 rounds. Time limits 20 minutes plus 30
seconds byoyomi.

5th Italian Open Shogi Championship
-----------------------------------
Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 December. 6 rounds. Time limits 40 minutes
plus 30 seconds byoyomi, no handicaps. Swiss pairing system.

Saturday 10 December:
-  9:30 Registration
- 10:00 Round 1
- 11:50 Lunch break
- 13:10 Round 2
- 15:00 Round 3
- 16:50 Round 4

Sunday 11 December:
- 10:00 Round 5
- 11:50 Lunch break
- 13:10 Round 6
- 15:00 Prizegiving
