If this article is "almost totally factually wrong" and if the reproter was not present then that would me either the reprorter (1) lied and made a lot of things up to tell a better story (just like the former New Republic reporter Stephen Glass did) which is unethincal and wrong or (2) the person who gave= the reporter the information completely misled and the reporter did not properly check their facts. Is making up stuff really a good way to popularize shogi?
