I presume the numbers have been obtained by using SC24 Members search page

If you enter "Japan" as the keyword of locality and do searching there, the=

If you enter "Tokyo"(the capital city of Japan) and do searching there, the=

There are not input field for "Nationality" or "Country where you live" the=
re.
Just an optional field for"Locality" where users may input their villege, t=
own,
city, prefecture, nationality or anything else users considered appropriate=

input.

If the numbers in question are obtained form the searching result of enteri=
ng a
just a country name in the Locality field of the Members search page, I'm s=
ure
they should be ones which are much diffrent from our common senses.

I think it would be better for us to await Andrej's clarification how the=
=20
numbers have been obtained.
