Actually it was a little more complicated as players with a score above 0% and below 50% for several tournaments would have gotten +/- values that would have brought them below 400 but those who continued to to have a 0% score would stay at 400. The 400 was a "soft limit" but the new 1 is a "hard limit". Nobody can get an elo below 1. > In any way, what did you (that is FESA) do.
