We organize small new-year shogi-tournament in Saint-Petersburg from 3 to 5 January 2006. I hope that there will participated strongest player from St-Petersburg (and Victor Zapara too) and many beginnig players (a total of about 10-15 men and women). Tournament takes place in the teenage club "Leningradets" with the address: Furshtatskaya street, house 16 (near metro station "Chernyshevskaja", by the way Chernyshevskii Nikolay Gavrilovich are famous russian writer XIX century). Beginning of rounds with 12-00 each day and on 2 rounds each day. Format of the tournament: Swiss system, 6 rounds, 40 minutes of basic time and 60 seconds by beyomi.
