Hello Bonanza fans,

Bonanza utilizes CSA Shogi as a user interface. CSA Shogi is a freeware
developed by Tomonobu Masumoto which is different from Kunihito Hoki, who
is the developer of Bonanza thinking part. CSA Shogi does not support
handicap games.

CSA Shogi XT is an extended version of CSA Shogi developed by RaumNaum.
It supports handicap games. If you would like to play handicap games with
Bonanza, you need to use the extended version instead of CSA Shogi. You=20
can download it by clicking the following
URL;

After downloading and unpacking the zip file, you will find the excecutable=

file named "CsaXT.exe". Then copy it to the directory of Bonanza. Click
the copied CsaXT.exe instead of CSA.exe in the directory of Bonanza, then
you will be able to enjoy handicap games with Bonanza as well as even games=
.

Now the version of downloadable CSA Shogi XT is 1.22. Its 1.21 or later=20
version supports handicap games.
