Thank You very much for Your advices and experiences. It helped a lot.
Especially idea to reduce number of pieces or board size and or giving
reasonable handicap. Now I have fine ideas to think out -- hope two months
will be enough time to relize'em:-)) Once again thanx.

If You are interested,I ve made paper shogi set with double side pieces =
=3D>
no need for glue and You may finish paper surface after printing (first ide=
a
was to coat it). Unfortunatly You have to fit paper inside Your printer
properly (imho no big deal on modern printers even on cheap ones). I will
give out this [or further version -- 2nd kanji will be replaced by allowed
moves] printed on some fine paper for free to anybody willing to play.
