If this supposition is right, then, how to order Tony Hosking's books?
At amazon.cu.uk, they don't guarantee that they'll deliver it. And on
variantes.com, in France, the books are really more expensive...

Perhaps someone would be kind to give me Tony Hosking's coordinates (email
or phone) ?

Are they still active at all? The website has last been updated in
February 1999. I always considered it as one of those abandoned pages you
