was founded by Sauli Huovinen, Sergei Ivanov (RUS), Ilmari Juutilainen, Mar=
ko Niemel=E4, Jouni R=E4m=F6 and Jouni Tolonen.=20

The purpose of the organisation is to promote shogi in Finland as well as t=
o promote Finnish shogi players' international contacts.
