"Shogi Master" was published by Ishi press around
1991, and to anyone's knowledge it is still under
copyright, so if it is available for download it is
probably not legal.  The Ishi Games website still
sells it, though since it is a DOS program it probably
will not run on anything higher than Win98.

What I would like to see is shogi for PocketPC. What a
great way to while away those odd moments at the
airport or during a dull meeting! Funny, but there
doesn't seem to be much interest or development in
that area.=20
