I'm trying to form a multinational team for the Relay Shogi tournament.=20 The registration deadline is end of 07/11(JST).=20=20=20=20 ************************************* Explanation of Relay Shogi Tournament ************************************* Summary: 1, A team consists of 4 persons: The sum of the 4 players' SC24 rates does not exceed 6400 points. 2, Relay Shogi: each player plays 15 moves per his/her turn. 3, Date of games: JST9:00PM, every Saturday in principle. Invitation details 1, Registration deadline : July 11(JST) 2, A person of the team must be a teamleader. The teamleader should form and register a 4 member team(including the teamleader him/herself) under the following conditions; (1) The sum of the highest SC24 rates of the members does not exceed 6400 points. (2) Possible to play games at 9:00PM(JST) on Saturday. (3) The team members should be good friends. Qualification remarks: 1, The highest SC24 rate is the rate around June 30, 2004. 2, You should play more than 100 games since SC24 registration. 3, If you have plural HNs, use the HN with the highest SC24 rate. > 3, The teamleader has full power to select team members, set players' turns for his/her 30 moves(opponent's 15 moves included) and appoint someone as a dupty player if needed. > 4, If the application is more than expected, SC24 may limit the participant teams within 256 teams by the descending order of the sum of the team members' highest SC24 rate. > 5, The following information will be necessary for registration. Your team name. 4 team member's HNs and the sum of SC24 highest rate around June 30 2004. First choice of date of the 1st game. Second choice of date of the 1st game. Final game : Around November(depending on number of teams participated. > 7, How to play a relay game. > (1) The teamleader should inform SC24 of 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th players in accordance with the form which will be set by SC24 one day before the game. > (2) The 1st player should login with a special login name like @'teamname' which will be given by SC24 and go to T room to start the game. > (3) Both team should push suspended button and logout in every 30 moves. > (4) The 2nd, 3rd and 4th players should follow the above sequence of (2) and (3). If the game is still alive after 120 moves, then 1st player should play again. << Exchanging players in play >> * Teammembers who are waiting for their turns for their 30 moves *They can watch their game and are free to exchange opinion on it. * Player who has a turn for his/her 30 moves(opponent's 15 moves included). * He/She plays the game by him/herself without any advice when he/she has a turn for his/her 30 moves. * Don't call anyone for advice when he/she has a turn for his/her 30 moves. * Exchanging Players and information transfer * Exchanging Players should be done immediately. * Your team may lose the game if you keep your opponent waiting more than 3 minutes. * In other words, information transfer before exchanging player should be done within 3 minutes.(3 minutes are to be counted by yourself on gentlemen basis.) << Draw >> * If the game comes to draw, then Gote(White) team will go forward to the next game.
