I=20 also want to say that I don't think I am the best player or something=20 like that and I don't put any prestige in this title but only fight for=20 it to keep my shogi interest alive. The organizer behind the championship arrangement which have suited me=20 perfectly have been Mr Danerud. In that aspect he is good and I have=20 nothing to complain about there. A good example was the last European=20 Championship i Gothenburg in August 2003. Unfortunately, not everything in my relation to Mr Danerud is good and=20 sound. There have happen things that would even make the most loyal=20 member to fell unhappy and withdraw from the federation. I personally=20 know some examples of withdrawal already. Now my relations to Mr Danerud is that bad that I feel like that a=20 withdrawal from the federation is the only way to make me feel better. My main concern is that I am not satisfied with how the chairman of=20 the Swedish Shogi Federation treats its members and especially the=20 titleholder of our championship. I have tried to have a dialog with Mr Danerud by email and have been=20 treated in a rude and bad manner. He has in more than one email=20 emphasized that he treats all member equal and stresses that he dislike=20 elite thoughts and special treatment of some members. Now my questions directed to Mr Danerud as the chairman of the Shogi=20 Society: "Who is the best American shogi player? > Who is the rising star=A0of American shogi?" Why do you ask these question ? Do we at all need a championship ? Can=20 you with your own words explain to the audience why a championship=20 would be suitable? Can't we just get together and play a tournament=20 without any titles at all? " Mr Danerud, why do we need rating when you emphasize equality and=20 dislike elit thought and special treatment of some members? With these words in bad (?) English I hope that there will be a=20 discussion . I have tried to get my questions answered privately by Mr=20 Danerud but that seems to be hard. Therefore I try this place. I also=20 hope that no one other than whom it may concern feels guilty regarding=20 my critizism.
