Most of non japanese explanations about shogi techniques are in english=20
(see books written by Tony Hosking). Anyway, you can read a complete=20
series about the Art of Solving Tsume Shogi by Teruyoshi Hayamizu. This=20
series is published in French in 6 previous Association Fran=E7aise de=20
Shogi's magazine. Professional games with comments are included as=20
well. You can get them in the pdf format from this page :
