As you correctly point out, "amateur" is #127 and "women professional"=20 is #148. Shoreikai members (shoreikai-in) are #99 on the list. I don't understand this very well - the ratings seem very high. Perhaps=20 only strong amateurs who play against professionals are taken into=20 consideration.
