Your comment below is kind of interesting because last year Moriuchi did a
NHK Shogi Series on different types of furibisha openings. He spent quite
alot of time on the standard nakabisha and barely mentioned the Gokigen. I
was a little surprised because of the popuarity of the Gokigen at that
time. He had praised the practically of the standard nakabisha quite alot
so maybe his opinion about the opening had already changed.=20
