This time, I asked some players about the games and decided the "Best" as follows. (1) The best game of the month: yuki70s VS. cangaru This "Yokofudori game" was really exciting until the end and I would like this game to be the best. (2) The best player of the month: Quantum Chaos (England) I've compared his game with his previous games and felt that he's improved rapidly. He played a lot better in October game and overwhelmed Governor at 2-piece handicapped game. Congratulations ! Next ISC match will be held on November 15.
