Hello, shogi friends

 From ARSP (Association of Russian shogi players) I invite you to participate in the 1st OPEN Shogi
Championship of Russia.

It will be held on November 15-16 in chess club "Rook" at 3, Vladimirskii
avenue,Saint-Petersburg.
Format: swiss system, 6 rounds.
Timelimited: 40 min and 30 sec boyomi.
Rounds begin: at 12-00, 14-00, 16-30.
Dinner: from 16-00 until 16-30.
Gameday finishes at 18-30.
Results counting and prize giving: November, 16 at 18-30.

If foreigner player took 1st place he will winner of OPEN Shogi Championship of Russia.

Last registration: November, 15 from 11-30 until 12-00.
Tournament fee: 150 rubles (or 5 euro).

There we will find a strongest russian shogi-plaers.

First seven Russians will play in 2nd Shogi Championship of Russia.
