From: bogin YAHOO CO JP> Date: 28 may 2003 Subject: Re: [ISC Info.] ISC grade & Overseas member system Mr. Niwata, I see. Like I said anyone can teach shogi if they want. You just mentioned that you were recognized by the NSR as a shogi teacher who could give out rank certificates, so when I checked their homepage and didn't see your name on the NSR list of recognized teachers I just became a little curious. By the way, according to the NSR web site, as of last year there were only 6 Master Instructors, 22 Senior Instructors, and 358 Regular Instructors that were recognized by the NSR. You should contact and ask them to put your name on their list since it seems to be quite an honor. Good luck with your club. Bill Gaudry --- Yoshi Niwata SEA UCATV NE JP> $B$+$i$N%a%C%;!<%8!'
