From: Matt Casters ADVALVAS BE> Date: 19 may 2003 Subject: Re: "Habu's Words" Hi, I remember this game. (...but didn't know it was commented by Habu) After a horible opening, I tried to defend as good as possible. I dropped bishop 7e and Reijer resigned because he felt that the attack would be over after a slow move or another. His resignation suprised me a bit because I couldn't see a mate yet. However, I'm sure something like S2h would have been enough to secure the win. Credit goes to the better player (Reijer) for seeing that that would have been enough. I see another mate this: 60.K-4h G'4g 61.K-5i S-4i+ 62.K-6i N'7c 63.K-7i N'8g mate. if 62.Bx4i, then 62. ... +R-4h 63.K-6i N'7c 64.K-7i N'8g mate. I like this final position. > > David Yury __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? The New Yahoo! Search - Faster. Easier. Bingo. http://search.yahoo.com
