It is less than 10 minutes from the station.  If you come from the station,
SCC should be on your left hand side. The building is not so easy to find,
though it faces directly the street, but I guess there should be some icon
of shogi or something you could notice.  I have not been there for some
years but if my memory is correct, the building is on the corner of some
small street and yasukuni.  The elevetor to the 5th floor is several meters
inside the building, which you could barerly see from outside the building.
