Subject: Shinjuku Shogi Center address clarification request

Thanks for all the responses, but I need further clarification.

After I exit the east gate of the Shinjuku station, how many minutes walk is
it to the Shinjuku Shogi center (SSC)?
When I exit the east gate and go north toward Yasukuni-dori, I turn right
onto Yasukuni-dori.
Which side of Yasukuni-dori is the SSC located, the north side or the south
side?
And does the Imamiya building have an English sign stating Imamiya?
What is the name of the side street off Yasukuni-dori that SSC is closest
to?
What are the hours that the SSC is open?
