Subject: Yamajunn's Basic Shogi Opening

Today I ran into a webpage called 'Yamajunn's Basic Shogi Opening'
(http://yamajunn.hp.infoseek.co.jp/). The Kakoi section is imho quite
interesting, since it shows some of the more obscure variations. Can
somebody comment on the Kushi-Katsu-Gakoi? Placing the king in front of
the lance seems odd. It is in the last diagram of the Kakoi-for-Ibisha page.
