Subject: DIY Shogi Set

Living in Oz with no easy access to a shogi set (I don't have a credit
card). And having already made a "paper" board. I'm thinking of making a
wooden shogi set for myself. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas of how
I'd get the kanji on the koma?
