It is possible to publish this materials as "interest variant of oriental
Chess"
So, Chief of Chess Magazins able to publish this information not as
adverticement - just as article about exotick variant of Chess.
You can publish materials on your language in Internet.
If you have not money, you need to have more ideas :)
