WEll I have a couple of programs, all free of the net :) Shogi Variants Shogi Gold (written by an Australian here in Brisbane :) These two I can beat well enough. I would say that I am still a beginner though, I made a really stupid mistake the other day with cost me my rook when playing Shogi, on Shogi Variants. I continued playing and still won (woohoo ;) Shogis (horrible graphics, seems to be only variants of shogi without shogi itself being on there). Winshogi - this is good insofar as you can set the computer AI level, different for it's playing pieces on the board, and it's dropping pieces onto the board. I suspect that as long as the dropping AI is set to 3 or less then I'll always beat it. However this has a huge problem in so far as, when the computer AI is higher it takes ages to :"think", it literally took 4 hours to make one move, (in fact it crashed my computer it took so long for the next move it was 6 hours and it was only 38% complete!) Sekita Shogi 5 - this is be best one I have, it is very small, it is shareware with a 30 day trial period. I've never beaten this one (which shows that I'm not that great, this is the 'easy' setting :). This program you can also get from that "downloads.com' site that other dude posted. RAZA 2002 Invisible Pink Unicorns are beings of great and mystical powers. We know this because they are capable of being both invisible and pink at the same time. The religion of the Invisible Pink Unicorns is based on both faith and logic. Faith tell us that they are pink; through logic, we know they are invisible... ------------------------------------------------------------------------
