Hello
Russia will have Moscow Shogi OPEN as ussial 4-7 January 2003
The players from Japan, Belorussia and Ukraine already confirm their
participation in this Tournament.
We are welcome all other Europeans players, please decide as early as you
can because of opening visa for European players.
Germany, Sweden, Austria are the closes Shogi countries.
