20-30 people from Russia ! Maybe you can estanlish Russian Shogi society and
register in Shogi club24. There many societies and enjoy chatting and
studying (I belong to Chickens).  We enjoy tournament and league in our
society and sometimes we join the official tournament in Shogi club 24.
Recently we joined "Paired game" (played by two people vs two people).
