Subject: kifu program?

maybe it has appeared somewhere on this list before, but i wonder if there
is any program that makes it possible to translate western coded kifu (ie.
P7f P3d ) to japanese, and then play it on a board using java or something.
i like to give some comments on the good games from the esc, but i am so
lazy to see kifu and play it manually on a real board.
