Subject: Worldwide Open Shogi Championship 2002: results and Elo changes

Hello Shogi fans,

I already sent a report with a condensed set of results to this list
on August 27. Now, I have made available the complete set of results
including nationality, grades, pre-WOSC ratings, rating changes and
promotions. As usual, all ratings and promotions were meticulously
calculated by FESA ratings officer Asle Olufsen.
