I like to use ShogiView by Jeff Raven. This is a simple game-viewer running on
PC  under Windows.  No sophisticated functions such as search position, just a
simple game viewer with a very nice graphics.
The notation used is ESN, but it can easily read any ASCII-based file in PSN.

I downloaded the program long ago from the web, but I am not sure it is till
available. If Jeff Raven is on the list, maybe he can provide more information.
